    This is an incredible pie pan – absolutely *nothing* sticks to it (should there be a leak in the crust) and the crust browns beautifully. It’s worth every penny.

    I’ve had my Hess Pottery pie plates for going on 10 years. They make cornbread as good as what comes out of my #8 Griswold and just as easy to clean. Every pie, frittata and corn cake, Cope’s toasted corn pudding, bread pudding, monkey bread and other baked thing I’ve put in these pans comes out wonderfully browned with clean nonstick release that only gets better over time. I don’t mistreat them but I don’t baby them either. I use a metal pie server to get slices out and I can’t find any scratches on them after a decade of use. If you give a pair of these as a wedding or housewarming gift, they will be valued.

    I was gifted one of these pie plates for my bridal shower and I have to say, I made my first pie with it and I was blown away! Very high quality, made a beautiful crust and nothing stuck to it. I plan to order some and gift them myself!
